This is the district where the City's schools are located. These are mainly used for education - although, even that is only to a certain degree. Most of those who go there are self-taught.

Sub-boards: College, High School, Elementary School

The fire department doesn't have any real purpose and is mainly abandoned.

Most of the working cars and fuel are stored in the auto shop. This is also generally where most of the repairs are done - not only for cars, but anything that needs repairing.

The TV & Radio Station is completely abandoned and doesn't have any electricity. But it makes for a nice playground... or hiding spot.

There's few medical supplies left in the Scorch, but the hospital is still somewhat functional. It runs on a few generators and work as a make-shift medical clinic.

The police station was raided early on, so there's little left to be found here. It's mainly used to lock people who have broken the rules up.
